I'm telling you - it's SO YUMMY!
3-5 avocados (I do 5!)
Pico de Gallo
Kosher Salt
1/2 lime
Peel, seed, and mash. I like to mash them with the bottom of a cup of glass. Add 1-2 heaping scoops of Pico de Gallo - until it is nice and chunky. Sprinkle with salt and add the juice of the 1/2 a lime.
Delicious!
